- No access to the test: you could not start the IQ test after payment due to a platform error.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
A refund is not available in the following cases:
- The IQ test was completed and results were delivered.
- Dissatisfaction with the test results or score.
- You did not complete the test after access was provided.
- Misunderstanding of the product description or features.
- Device, browser, or user-related issues not caused by our platform.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at neomindzlive@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and include:
- Transaction ID / receipt
- The email used at checkout (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
We respond within 5 business days.
5. Payment Processor
Payments are processed by Paddle. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method according to Paddle’s processing timelines.
